HUMAN POTENTIAL IS LIMITLESS.
HOW DO YOU UNLEASH HUMAN POTENTIAL TO OPTIMIZE BUSINESS, ORGANIZATIONAL, AND OPERATIONAL SUCCESS AT THE SPEED OF NEED?
A: HUMAN PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGY (HPT)
HPT is a set of methods and processes for solving problems and/or realizing opportunities related to the performance of people and organizations. Agile application of HPT methodologies can be the key to awakening the extraordinary in your teams. But before you can improve, you must understand.
THE FIRST STEP TO HPT SUCCESS IS ASSESSMENT
Reinforced by research and science, HPT Assessment follows an agile approach that combines psychology, technology, and data to enhance the capabilities of teams and empower your workforce to get the job done. Findings and directions are continuously communicated as they are discovered.
ASSESSMENT TOOLS:

DID YOU KNOW?
Studies show only 10 – 15% of human performance gaps require a skill or knowledge focused training solution.
80 – 85% of human performance problems stem from organizational issues beyond an individual’s control.
We determine and parse out those issues using the vetted performance analysis tools and processes that our analysts have deployed hundreds of times.
CASE STUDY: WORKING WITH THE UNITED STATES COAST GUARD
THE US COAST GUARD’S OFFICE OF LEADERSHIP TEAMED WITH METRIS GLOBAL ANALYSTS TO UPDATE THE SERVICE’S DECADES-OLD COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK.
Using HPT assessment and analysis tools to benchmark other military and government organizations, Metris helped the Coast Guard achieve its performance assessment process. By gathering data from key service stakeholders, we were able to modernize the framework terminology and create a progression of when in a member’s career a skill or competency should fail, and map corrective actions.
The entire effort was praised by senior Coast Guard leaders as a “Home Run” for the entire workforce. The adjacent graphic was created by the Metris Analysis Team.
